English Club of Global Law Thinkers Society used to conduct talk series and it has gained a good reception in the academic circle. The Thirteenth Episode of GLTS English Club Talk Series took place on April 23,2022 via GLTS TV. Topic of this particular episode was Nuances of Teaching Poetical Devices to Young Learners. And the Guest Speaker of this Episode was Dr Afsheen Salahuddin from Pakistan. She is an Adjunct Faculty in English at University of Management Sciences, Lahore and she is also a Visiting Assisting Professor at Lahore College for Women . Most importantly she is an Certified ESL/EFL Instructor from Trinity College, London. In the Thirteenth Episode of GLTS English Club Talk Series Dr Afsheen Salahuddin highlighted on her experience about teaching poetry to her students. She delivered a scholarly presentation by citing famous poems of Robert Frost titled “Stopping by Woods On A Snowy Evening” , William Wordsworth ‘s poem titled ” Daffodils” and also poems of Robert Browning and other notable poems too. Ma’am clearly mentioned about the teaching of metrical devices in the poem to the student community and she has also done a thorough literature review on it. The beauty of her presentation was she also provided the end results with statistics evidences. Her talk was phenomenal in all aspects. The Host of this Episode was Mr. Awais Raza Memon , Ambassador of GLTS English Club who hails from Pakistan. He is the founder of  Linguistics and Pedagogy Webinars.  Madam President, Raoman Smita was present in the show inspite of her busy schedule. Mr. Awais Raza Memomwas so cool in hosting this show. Mr. L. Santhosh Kumar, Principal Director of English Club, GLTS was present. Ms. Madhvi Bhorse, Ambassador of GLTS English Club from India was also present.   GLTS TV members were also present.
