2nd Oct 2022, Sunday marked the Maha Saptami of Navratri, Ashwin month, full moon day (Shukla Paksha). The event commenced with Maa’s Maha Puja at the ShaktiPeeth. The ashram’s sacred bhoomi was filled with Gurudev’s blessings, Maa’s grace and the excitement of all devotees. The devotees embarked on their spiritual journey by conducting a grand puja, havan followed by singing and evoking Goddess. Praying to Maa cleansed the mind of impurities and created a collective energy and positivity that was very addictive and contagious.

The Temple Ashram is situated in
Vashala Khudrud Village,
Kasara, Shahapur.
Vashala kudru is a village inhabited by 800 beautiful people – creation of Maa. It is a harsh reality that a certain section of our society comprising the poor in rural interiors are deprived of basic necessities. Recognizing the humanitarian spirit this village is adopted by our ngo Vidhyaa under the guidance of Dr HitteshGurujee.
The ngo aims at providing basic necessities like food, clothing, healthcare and education. On the auspicious occasion of Navratri our ngo we distributed clothes here. With this objective we distributed usable clothes and garments to children, women and men in the village.
This program also focused towards distributing hot, nutritious and freshly cooked food to all the inhabitants. Our ngo vidhyaa believes that the Nutritious Meal has an important socialization role and emphasis was on food to be served in an organized, dignified, equitable, friendly manner maintaining strict hygiene.
This activity was carried out by Vidhyaa volunteers through donations from various individuals and institutions.
