Mrs Zarina Deshmukh was the Chief Guest of the Day, Honoured with Flag Hosting Ceremony and distributed of Gold Medals, Certificate to the Female student of Madrassa for there Top performance in Education and other curriculum activities in Madrassa. Along with her IHRPC Maharashtra State President Mr Sayyed Jameel who was also the guest of honour. Actively participated in the Republic Day Celebration -2023.

Mrs Zarina Deshmukh is President of Lokseva Samajik Sanstha which comes under Khadi & Village Industries Commission, Ministry of MSME, Govt of India. The sanstha works on women empowerment & development, economic initiatives, the sansta also execute small business modules for creating small entrepreneur, and creativing job opportunities in society. They also represent and Execute Prime Minister  Employment Generation Programe in Maharastra.
