Vasundhara Blessing Foundation and KGNHSS Foundation Celebrated International Yoga Day By initiated campaign “Adopt Yoga, Boost Immunity, Drive away Corona, Save the Country”.

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Vasundhara Blessing Foundation and KGNHSS Foundation has started a campaign to make people aware about the importance of yoga. More than 1000 people have participated in this campaign. They send their photos and videos showing their passion towards Yoga. Dr. Sunita Pachar President of Vasundhara Blessing Foundation is actively involved in Social Activities or awareness campaign & Educationist working in GLA University. She said that “Today, when the whole world is combating the corona virus disease pandemic, yoga remains a ray of hope.”

She discussed that their organisation actively organising Awareness campaign related to environment, health or skill development of poor people. She won many international and National awards like National pride of India Award, Lady Legend Award, Best Covid   wave Warrior Award, Nalanda-The Pride Of Knowledge Award 2021 and Golden Humanitarian Award from National Human Rights and Anticorruption Force (NHRACF) for her contribution in Academics and society welfare. Yoga can play a very important role to Boost Immunity and it can help our country to prevent CORONA. To spread this Yoga awareness Dr. Sudhir singh Director of KGNHSS organisation actively contributed in this campaign he had  already organised more than 20  awareness campaign or  events and while three awareness events is a part of world book of records eg.Maharashtra book of records,OMG book of records and Amazing indian book of records. Dr.Sunita & Dr. Sudhir singh told that they are working hard to make Bloom Bliss Family Campaign recorded as a part of worldwide Top Book of records.

Organisations members and organisers also actively participated in this campaign to spread awareness about yoga. Organisers of this event given Participation appreciation certificate who gave their valuable contribution to make this event successful, to encourage people for doing the social work and spread awareness in society. The main aim of this is to involve more and more people with the thought – “A healthy mind resides in a healthy body”.

This initiate will highlight Yoga & its benefits in these critical situations at international level and by boosting immunity of people we can prevent many diseases.

International Day of Yoga (IDY), Yoga day or AntarashtriyaYog Divas is an annual event celebrated all over the world on June 21 since its inception in 2015. The proposal to observe an International Yoga Day was first introduced by PM Modi in his address during the opening of the 69th session of the United Nations General Assembly.

Yoga helps in de-stressing and in calming the mind and body. It helps in breathing problems. It also helps in eradicating toxins and impurity from the body. Practicing Bhujangasana helps in many ways, be it stress or fatigue. It also helps in making the skin looking healthier and glowing. Yoga also helps in weight loss and also contributes to anti-aging.

Yoga can also help with COVID-19 anxiety. Yoga is also playing a significant role in the psycho-social care and rehabilitation of COVID patients in quarantine and isolation. It is particularly helpful in allaying their fears and anxiety.Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice which originated in India.

“Yoga is a light, which once lit will never dim. The better you practice, the brighter your flame.”

Yoga can be practiced by anyone as an exercise on daily basis to fulfill the need of very active and demanding life especially teenagers and adults. It helps in coping with the hard times of the life and pressure of school, friends, family and neighbours. Through yoga practice one can disappear his/her problems and stress given by others. It helps in easily accomplishing the connection between body, mind and nature.
