Report on Global poetry meet held on 27th July by Nivedita Roy

The Facebook page ‘Creativity is Intelligence’ hosted a global poetry meet. The session was moderated by the page admin Sujata Pal who belongs to Tripura and is a teacher by profession.  She is  a Poetry enthusiast and has been hosting many successful sessions on her page.

 The session held on 27 July welcomed poets  from all across the globe . The participants were Mary Lynn Luiz from Florida, Angela Rizzi from  Tunisia ,Sarita Tripathi from Lucknow ,Nivedita Roy from Bahrain and Exacius Tobe from Congo.

The poets recited two poems each in two rounds.

Poems presented covered diverse subjects like rain, cherry blossoms, notebook , autism and more. It was a beautifully set bouquet of varied forms of poems presented in a unique style by each poet .

Post the rendition,there was a healthy feedback and discussion on the poems.

There was a beautiful environment of camaraderie and positivity throughout. The poets on the platform had a very heart  touching discussion how the world needs love,of believing in God and the effects that the pandemic has had all over the world.
