Having managed a unique boutique Aashiyana, taught me the skills of successful entrepreneurship; marriage taught me how to care and convert house into a loving home; bringing up 2 kids taught me the meaning of motherhood; my siblings taught me the art of sharing; Guruvani taught me the real spiritual essence of life ; and my proud Indian citizenship taught me the values of democracy and greatness of Indian heritage ; And having an opportunity to be on this most sought-after platform today, taught me the recognisation of my growing self-confidence, passion and compassion,

Following the path of Shri Guru Nanak since childhood, I have firmly believed and followed His high principles of NAAM JAPNA and VAND CHHAKNA, i.e. Keep chanting His Holy Name and keep doing SERVICE to mankind by sharing 10% of your nobly earned money. Thus feelings of Passion and Compassion have been growing equally parallel in me. Passion to follow my God gifted talent, and compassion to serve the needy section of society, specially the children deprived from basic education and helpless senior citizens at various Old Age homes by participating in various service projects through NGOs as well as on individual level. It gives me immense pleasure to see smiles on otherwise depressed faces when I sing exclusively for them.
