Janet Serrao Agarwal has taken these words of Mark Twain more seriously than the words of any religious teaching and “why not” she says “we have one life and it’s never too late and there is no perfect time to start or dream anything new. I’m always in a process of self-discovery on aspects I never touched upon like how to showcase ones personality on the whole, to pick up your confidence and raise my self-esteem, to prove to people that it is not impossible to have beauty and brains together readily. ” .
I Have gained a lot of attention, fan following as a model , fashion designer and social activist not only on social media but on newspaper or magazines or print medias as the title holder and awards to impart society, help the downtrodden and give opinions and share idea and thoughts that hold value to the society .
In all of this I realised the benefit of being fit, as I always took care of my health and my body which women tend to forget themselves after marriage and a child. And I am a fitness freak ensuring different forms of workouts anywhere I am.
. You may be surprised that professionally she is a CA CS with masters in commerce leading a corporate life yet her childhood passion towards fashion has given her a different outlook to life. She is The Eternal Gorgeous Queen of Maharashtra with unlimited dreams and achievements . And an award winnig Fashion designer from INIFD Bandra holding the brand name “ JSA Couture “ with her neat hands on haute couture ( Gowns for weddings and different occasions ) that needs detailing , finish and hand executed techniques which are not learnt in any school but with experience.
It’s more about the journey we go on together than just winning.

- Awarded at THE GLOBAL ICON OF INDIA AWARD IN THE CATEGORY OF FASHION DESIGNER
- Felicitated as a Designer and stylist by One Accord Production. (Came on news)
- Award winning designer from INIFD Bandra at Vibrance 2015
- Awarded as Fashion Designer at Sakal Awards 2021 to be held in 3rd Quarter of 2021 .
- Been awarded as Fashion Designer n Women Icon Award 2021 by Jeevan Jagruti Foundation in Jaipur . A beautiful design is also featuring on NICHE, The fashion Arena International Magazine on the cover story – worn by an international model Ms Ashwini. Published in 2021
- Winner at the Designers Runway of 2021 Awards Season 4, on 30th August 2021 & Showcased Wedding Gowns.
- Showcased Haute Couture Gowns at the Fashion League Goa, Powered by International Fashion Week Goa, held in October 2021 .
- Felicitated as Fashion designer showcasing Evening gowns at Be Bold Women Awards & Walk for a cause.
My designs are coming up in several beauty pageants and as Guest of Honour at various shows.
Hence don’t give up your dreams focus on oneself and despite negativity around,, keep working with consistency and they will be fulfilled at any age and anytime is my belief. Challenges and difficulties are part of life. What’s the fun if everything was smooth?

Will be walking the ramp as a show stopper in the International Fashion Week in Goa next Quarter. I have also appeared in several newspapers and online news as a model, queen, designer.
My other hobbies & passions:
All-rounder always Winning several competitions be it dance, singing onstage or he church choir, drama, debate, elocution, managing the stage and events, and art and handicrafts, best out of waste, writing poems (which I now post on a blog called love on my brain) I began learning swimming, driving and various different dance forms like Jive Salsa, Bachata , Belly dance , Lezim, Manglagaur , Laavni, Rajasthani , Garbha, Bharatnatyam, Rap , Hip hop , Bollywood or even Zumba and it goes on as dance is my expression. My hunger for knowledge and the curiosity to learn new things, hence I ensure I add one skill (feather) every year to my hat. I always dedicated time for my interest. People do ask me how I find time to do all this.
My bliss is travel and been to 32 countries sailing in luxury cruises & witnessed the Ariel views or seen wonders of the world and various continents through length and breadth of the country as well. Through travel I realised I have converted my fears into passion like driving , all water sports , para gliding , scuba diving I have conquered my fears of height water and road with solo travels, and being adventurous to activities which are in air water or on ground . Special love for scuba diving says it all.
During this phase I met people of all kinds and I relate to their stories. Through my interaction I have met people with anxiety and depression where people think of tomorrow and not live today. I feel lucky that I have blessings and possess much more than many. That’s my way to happiness.
I practice human equality and adjust in any environment which is not taught in any syllabus of life.

I hold the title Beauty for a Cause 2019 as well and with this I realise
.”When you are in position, always help others to reach their goals. Be a pillar not an obstacle. I don’t forget my roots, hence I talk to motivate / advise students, colleagues who need that hand to move ahead. I also began supporting kids who want to study further financially to give that one step ahead for any profession I began doing few charities starting with my office boys and maids. When people misuse this I have learnt lessons as well. Then I spent few year serving an Ngo for housing and sanitation all over India and ultimately.
I initiated a small Trust “Ray of Hope “(Founder). I hope more people join this mission of mine and let’s make this world a better place to live in.
I run 21 km (TMM) marathon every year for charity and raise funds for deaf and blind children or a social cause which also gives meaning to my running.
During the lockdown I have raised money for covid food relief and working on pandemic job losses through network of people. I have placed over 250 friends and people in securing jobs, alternate income sources. I don’t step back doing little things around me as I can which might be giving away clothes, or masks, or creating awareness on vaccination, cleanliness or donating plasma or even books. This still continues, I also got felicited and certificate from a political party in association with WHO and also from Sense International India.
I continuously work on women dealing with post-partum depression and miscarriages in India and abroad. I guide and tell them how to come out of depression through self-help and it has been successful.
I am a mentor at Katalyst.org handholding students to go to the next level of their career.
I am also a motivational speaker with chartered accountants to continue helping students with career development,

It gives me a boost to see this up-liftment all around. I try my best to help people as much as I can. I hope to give more as I receive. I have several print media (news coverage on all these works in the last one year)

Or say you left your dream on a pillow, then you might want to still stay on bed. But to make those dreams come true you have to wake up and action.
